Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order placement. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day. Our warehouse is operational from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. 

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, however, this may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our processing and delivery timelines, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, riots or political disruptions can impact the shipping timeline. In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 400. For orders below Rs. 400, a Rs. 40 shipping fee is applicable.

For COD orders, there are cash handling charges of Rs. 50, which are levied by the delivery partner. You can avoid the additional cost by opting for prepaid orders.
