Personalized Products:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict no exchanges, no returns, and no refunds policy. Each book is custom-made to order, tailored specifically to your child's preferences and interests. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items.
Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches you damaged, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please email us within 2 business days from receipt of the damaged product(s) at [contact email], and include images of the damaged products. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
Exceptions:
In rare cases where a manufacturing defect is present or an error has occurred on our part, we will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
